Last updated: 16 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PANGEASOFT LIMITED ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit ozypeak.com or use the services offered on it ("OZYPEAK"). We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and other applicable data protection laws.

1. Who is responsible for your data

PANGEASOFT LIMITED
Suite 8815, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom
Email: support@ozypeak.com

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and phone number, and your password, which we store only as a secure hash.
  • Order data: the services you buy, the public username or link of the account or post the service is for, amounts paid and your order history. We never ask for your social media passwords.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by our payment service providers. We receive the payment result and a transaction reference, but we do not see or store your full card details.
  • Sign-in data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
  • Communication data: messages you send us through support tickets, the contact form or email, and reviews you choose to publish.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of access and security logs.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To provide our services: creating and managing your account, processing and delivering orders, handling refills and refunds, and answering your support requests (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations: keeping invoices and accounting records, and responding to lawful requests from authorities (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To keep OZYPEAK safe and working well: preventing fraud, payment abuse and unauthorised access, and fixing errors (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To send you offers and news: only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw your consent at any time (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:

  • payment service providers, to process your payments;
  • partners that help us deliver orders, who receive only what is needed for delivery, such as the public username or link and the quantity ordered;
  • hosting, IT, email and SMS providers that run our infrastructure on our behalf;
  • Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them;
  • courts, public authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or we need to establish or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer data to them, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Security logs are kept for a limited time. Once data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that keep the website working: they keep you signed in, hold your session and cart, remember your language and currency, and pre-fill the contact details you entered at checkout. If you arrive through a referral link, a cookie records it so the referring user can be credited. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@ozypeak.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the data protection authority of the country where you live.

9. Security

All connections to our website are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

OZYPEAK is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update at the top.

12. Contact

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, write to us at support@ozypeak.com.
